Want to take one or two martin houses off telescoping poles and mount them on a pulley-operated system? The Multipurpose pole is made to do just that, allowing landlords to mount two houses on one pole.

Consists of a 2" square aluminum pole, heavy-duty steel ground stake, mostly stainless steel hardware and hub-mounted arms with nylon glide buttons for easy, quiet raising and lowering.

Comes complete with rope, 2 double pulleys, plastic cap, rope cleat, universal mounting plates and top perches. This system is designed to hold two of any Trio Musselman, Grandpa, Grandma, any Coates/WatersEdge, or Sunset Inn houses, for a maximum of 50 pounds. Comes with arms to hang four vertical or horizontal gourds. Installed height is 14'.  Comes wth a ground stake that should be cemented into the ground.  Gourds and houses sold separately.  Photo shown with two Sunset Inn Houses and 4 PMCA Excluder® Gourds.

A winch is available at the time of purchase.  This winch add-on comes complete with brake winch, cable, and stainless steel hardware to take the place of a rope with double pulleys.

Also available with a 3" pole that is 16' high.  

If you are planning on using a hexagonal house such as the Trio Castle or Mini-Castle, or an octagonal house we have an option available for longer crossarms for the housing for an extra charge.  Standard arms measure approximately 13" from pole, longer crossarms add 12".  If interested please give us a call at 814-833-7656.
