Is this easy enough to install? https://www.purplemartin.org/uploads/media/sgt-627.pdf
Is this the same thing basically? https://www.purplemartin.org/shop/produ ... sert-trap/
I see these two similar traps with a small price difference. I have troyers.....will they work in these? Mine are not excluders.
Also - how about this one: https://www.purplemartin.org/shop/produ ... nnel-trap/. they don't have any instructions for this so I am not sure how it works.
I need to do something cuz just since yesterday I have had a male sparrow attract a female and we all know there's not getting rid of them by just removing their nests. My husband passed away so he's not here to eliminate them "his way". I can't hit the broad side of a barn so I don't think it pays for me to even try.
Any and all opinions and advice is extremely appreciated. Thanks!

Billie, sorry I didn't explain. The plate slides over the face of the tunnel outside of the entrance hole. The wire is inserted from inside the gourd and pokes through the little hole above the entrance. When the sparrow goes into the tunnel he pushes the wire into the gourd and that will dop the metal piece to block the exit hole.
Thanks for that explanation. It's doesn't sound too complicated even for someone like myself that has no imagination when it comes to things making sense. lol! I appreciate your help. I guess I better be ordering one of these. Thanks again.
