Once again, Tim Gelder and I will be giving a presentation at the Iowa State Fair DNR building courtyard on Friday August 10th at 1:00 PM. It is important that you leave plenty early to get there by 1:00 PM. The area around the fairgrounds will be packed with traffic so plan on making a day of it at the fair and see us at 1:00 PM. There will be educational handouts and it is a great place to meet other Iowa purple martin landlords, wannabes and beginners. We will answer as many questions as we can relating to martins. Thanks.

Mite control, heat venting, predator protection and additional feeding during bad weather add up to success.
