My first didn't show up until Mar 19. That's over a month later then average. We had an ice storm here couple of weeks ago. That probably kept the insects from coming out. Had some late cold spells that probably delayed things. I've had 2 boxes for the last 20 years and the average date of 1st arrival is around Feb 14. I always wait until I see birds before cleaning out the boxes to give the PM a lead over the sparrows.
