Lonestar Nest tray

Mr. Stephens, I just wanted to add just one more comment regarding the trays. Four pop rivets protrude on the inside of the compartment and often hang up the nesting tray. These rivets also reduce the nest tray size by about 1/4-1/2 inch leaving you with a 5 3/4 inch wide tray. You could cut a groov...

New ECPMA Website

A website has been a dream for many of our landlords for a long time. So many of you have asked where it was. After getting quotes and prices from everyone and everywhere that were too high or affordable for our club, I decided to bite the bullet and strike out on my own and get one going. As a resu...

Hi Bill,
You can buy plastic post caps at either Lowes and Home Depot that will cover the ground posts . I believe they snap in or cover the outside of the pole.
Hope this helps,
JOHN

Ontario Purple MArtin Working Group ...please read!

Dear Members, The Purple Martins in Ontario require our help. Their numbers in most of Ontario are in decline and there are only some strong areas of nesting martins in and around the Great Lakes area where devoted martin landlords continue great martin management techniques. However, even these are...

Linda B. from our club has over 60 nests set along her shed in Tilbury, Ontario. She started by placing artificial nests under the eaves and ended up with the swallows using them and adding their own nests to the mix. The strings with washers at the end deter the HOSP from entering but the swallows ...
