There is a very large colony about 3 miles from my location. Its has been around a long time. Over 100 gourds. They have converted almost all to Supergourds. A few smaller scattered around. None that I know of closer than 3 miles.

This is the perfect argument for why the new supergourds are the perfect Martin Housing. With the excluder entrance holes and guards it is impossible for a hawk to reach in and remove a Martin.
