Protect your gourd rack from aerial predators

Designed for the Deluxe Gourd Rack, these guards also fit the Expandable and Trendsetter Gourd Racks -except when equipped with arms for horizontally hung gourds- and the previously offered 4 unit gourd rack.  

Owl guards provide an effective means of preventing raids by aerial predators, such as owls, hawks, and crows at your colony site.  The curved aluminum rods attach easily to the metal arm of your gourd rack and prevent owls from clinging to the entrance hole of your gourd. Each owl guard also provides perching space for your martins.

Owl guard is held firmly in place with a stainless steel clip, fastened by two nuts and bolts. Loosening the clip allows forward or backward adjustment of the guard, relative to the front of the gourd.

Works only with vertical arms.
