their coming, whether has messed things up as we are getting rain here, seems to slow things down, keep things open, there on the way, wating is the worst part! , keep us posted when they show.

larry, cool video, not sure how small your cam is, let us know. i use one for bow hunting that attatches to my hat , wondering if that would work, i think it will if i can mount it on the cap, or my favoritr room of my trio. somehow.

go to the scout report, on this site, you can choose your state, it will give you local sightings if people have posted. they are coming witha fury, iowa, getting it big now with the warm spell, there coming fast, a week or two.

im with louise, your modifications have to be where they wont trap, or injure the birds. if you choose to do this, make your railings ( small gapped if that makes sence, porches are nice, you want to enjoy them, just dont make them to big where the birds get stuck , wings ect. pm

jean, im waiting for my pole design to show, , my first time at a gourd rack, but i have two trios, that are on a round pole, pully system, and they are up their , 18 ft or better, they sway in the breeze, sometimes, the house is locked in place, so it doesnt swing, and my martins dont seem to mind....

my trio rope failed me, i bought 100 ft braided poly at walgreens for like 5.99 , wheather, and rot resistant., its 1/4 inch. just inspect your pully wheels, i had half of one break, so the rope kept jumping the pully, now i keep spares on hand , got them at mennards.

I love trios, i have 3, 12 room houses, 80 precent occupied,--- until this yr, - i live in Iowa, last summer was brutal, heat into the 90s for 3 months. unless you vent the sides on all 4 places of the house, it wont be good if you have alot of heat. your babies will be( JUMPING) prematurly, results...
