Hello Rick,

I built a bat house just like yours (only one) but didn't get any bats this year. I put it up in March. Mine is only 12 feet high so that may be a little low. I'm thinking I'll raise it and move it somewhere else. Haven't decided yet as I have a small yard. Got any advice?
