I have a tray that is on top of my shop filled with nesting material. Maybe 15 feet from the gourd rack. Some females won't fly the round trip, they'll just take it from the nest of others or from the other females when they return. Seems to be common

Everyone should stop by a few times during the season, it takes a fair amount of work/money to provide live cams. They're especially nice when you're waiting for your birds.
