After the loss of 7 , se send one, but in a day and half haven't seen any. We have been have 8 days of freezing . We have a pair of qeese with 8 babies living in the park near our home. the pond is frozen we having taking over some corn for them. broke some the ice so they could get water. right now...

The last two days with the temperatures so low, we lost a total of 7, two yesterday and 5 today. Last night temp was 5 degrees with 6 inches of snow.

Check the houses this evening, found that we have two new babies born between 7/6 and7/9 in a nest that earlier had o 5 that fledged.
We now have 11 babies left , with a total so far of 304 fledged.

So far this year we have 73 raising right of 28 eggs left, 206 babies, and a total of 106 fledged. Even after the bad weather last night, no causalities. We have fledged a total of 273 so for , for now we have one house outfront with 4 babies with one to go any day. And other 3 in about two to three weeks. We have had 72 nests this year in all our houses and guords. With the guords having the most.

we have a total of 90 compartment with 76 filled at this time. we now have 168 eggs and 194 babies. we have 8 eggs in one nest, and
another nest has 10 eggs, both in the same house next door to each other

We did our second nest check , we have 250 eggs, 78 babies in 62 nests. One of the nest has 10 eggs in it. We lost one nest with 5 eggs to the sparrows. We only had to clean out 3 nests of sparrows which is down from last year.

There has been no change in him, they have all fledged but. We have seen a pair hanging around pretty much all day, night I seen the male feed the small bird, he still jumps from the nest to the ground at least once a day which we then feel him crickets and mealworms. We had 56 pairs with 216 to fledged, one is still not ready, birds are still coming in the morning , quite a few with around 4 to 5 stay all day, then
a large group visit again before dark.

This morning about 9am went outside and hear singing , the martins are here. We have 6 adult males, 2 adult females,
and one unknown.
P.S. At around 6pm , look in the sky counted 12 in all, they flew around for awhile and then proceeded to go to the
houses and seems to go in the houses.

On July 5, did our last nest check. We had three just born babies and a nest of 4 left to go. This year we fledged a total of 226. And now we have a few stay at night and in the morning quite a few come and stay for about 4 hours and then leave.

We had 59 nests, fledging 190 birds total. We still have 3 birds left here, but they could go any day. Pretty have visitors each and every morning , but they usually leave around noon.
