Hey rrmartins, I have predictor five gallon bucket on pole and it looks small on picture but it large with wasp nest in it. Also a Protector and surprise to unwanted climbers. Pound is about 300 hundred feet from site . One side open and fairly large. We fish from one side.

Just a question, if having Purple Martin stoping to stay overnight, how can you tell if they come in at night and leave in early morning? Is there any way of telling? I’m a little slow about situation. Any way of telling?
Thanks for reply, gourds that I hanged is about 8’ pic looks shorter that really is. I have to get on 8’ ladder to check compartments. And have colony less than half mile from me. He have bunch of starling and sparrows. I will make sure they stay there
Just purchased gourds and wondering if hang up and see if any visitors stop on there way back to South America for resting a night or so. And if so, do I have to add nesting material? First year and don't know much about anything when it comes to migration habits. Any information would be great,
