Don't know if you do 5 day nest checks or not but that would help you in finding things that might hurt your martins.....I put a very small amount of seven dust under the nest every 5 days after they hatch and that keeps the little guys clean until fledgling day. Also all my gourds get new white pin...

It was a tough couple days in Ohio as well...Lost multiple birds out of my 60 , I know of 13 that died at my site and from watching them this morning i would guess we lost half of the 60 we had ....They are recouping nicely today with this nice weather but please check your boxes again because yeste...

I have quiet a few ASY males this yr with a little white on there wings under there wings and a little white on their backs....Is this normal for younger ASY males or am i just imagining things. I also have quiet a few males that are solid Purple/Black with no white on them. It's due to molting. Wh...
