Landlord Spotlight: April 2022

This is the 4th installment of the Landlord Spotlight series to celebrate the PMCA’s 35th anniversary. Our Landlord Spotlight for April is Leo Mongrue. Leo is 90 years old and lives in Bayou Gauche, Louisiana. He used to build birdhouses.

I have been a landlord for 50 years. I have two houses, I get eight to ten pairs each year. Last year I installed a camera in one of the houses. I will watch them until they hatch.  I had five birds fledge last year. I cannot wait until they return. I love to sit on my back porch and watch them.
